EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Sestini requests that returns and exchanges are made within 14 days of delivery.

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Sestini and can only be refunded as a ‘store credit’.

For returns, customers will be expected to pay the standard postage fee.

Customers will need to request exchanges via returns@sestinieyewear.com. Postage and delivery fees for exchanged items will be wavered.

Sestini requests that all returns and exchanges are returned in their original packaging to minimise waste consumption.

Sestini will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with damages or signs of wear, customer should notify us via email (with images) on the same day if they wish to return.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

One Tree Planted donations made with purchases will not be refunded alongside returned items.
